We will assess your health status, history, goals and individual preferences. You’ll then get your weekly workout package customized to your goals and to the equipment available to you.

Once you’ve started, you’ll have the convenience of a full-time nutritionist and fitness-trainer in your pocket!
How your week will look:
You workout three times a week, at your time of choice, at the level assigned to you.
On those days, you will receive your daily workout tasks and perform them using the app, with feedback from your coach.
On a daily basis, you will get nutritional goals and track meals by putting pictures of portion sizes on your private portal, for your coach to review. (If comfortable, you can share progress photos too.)
You can also track step count and other stats using the apps.
Celebrate wins and get support from our frum community forums.
The forums are separate for men and women, and we keep them small enough to be cosy, full enough to provide a meaningful circle of support and motivation. You’re also welcome to join an optional WhatsApp group.
Check in monthly with your coach to monitor progress – and level up!

In addition to our team’s combined higher qualifications, our lead trainer has vast experience with clients of varying ages, abilities and health conditions. This gives us the scope of expertise to serve your individual needs, including minor injuries.
You’re never alone here. You’ll have access to daily chats and monthly 1:1 check-ins with your friendly coach, group sessions too – and don’t forget a warm member community that has really got your back, because they’re in it with you.
We’re not a military style boot camp. Nor are we obsessed about diets. Enjoyment of exercise and a healthy lifestyle is the focus of our program. And we encourage you, without pushing you to your limits, so you grow to love it and live it.
