The workouts are recorded by our lead instructor Jeremy, who has run 2,500+ 1:1 sessions in the past two years. You can do the exercises in any small space around the house or backyard.
The series comes in 3 fitness levels: Beginners, Intermediary, Advanced. The trainer will determine your fitness level and assign an appropriate training program for you, so you’re consistently challenged within your limits.
You also get access to extra on-demand video workouts eg. 20-min ab crusher, 30-min full body HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) to use at your own leisure.
1:1 nutrition coaching
Your nutritionist will provide weekly meal plans and nutrition goals on your portal. This includes the JFitness Nutrition Guide, which lists kosher healthy food products, kosher recipes and guidance on how to stay healthy on Shabbos/Yom Tov.
In addition to individual chat access, you’ll receive follow up consultations every 3 weeks to ensure ongoing support, feedback and accountability.

With customized daily meal plans, food journaling through picture posting to your coach, body metric charts and weight measurements, the app makes it super easy for you to visualize progress and enjoy the results. (Macro tracking available on request.)
